Wellgo Pet Products
WELLGO has the ability to carry out every process in the factory from product design, production to final packaging and delivery, and can accurately control product quality and production speed. We are equipped with weaving department, sublimation printing department, automatic laser machine and plastic extrusion machine.
Injection Molding Machine
The dog toys of various shapes are made by injecting melted plastic into molds, which are then cooled and cured. We usually use environmentally friendly natural rubber or environmentally friendly nylon materials as raw materials for pet toys, in line with ASTM-F963 physical, CPSIA lead, CPSIA phthalate, Reach test and other standards to ensure product safety and non-toxic.
We can help to develop molds according to customer design, even if it is only an idea.
High Speed Weaving Machine
Weaving machine is a modern device for weaving yarn into webbing, equipped with an advanced control system that can precisely control the parameters of the weaving, such as coil length, density, pattern, etc., thus guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of the webbing. At the same time, we are also equipped with some special machines, such as jacquard knitting machine, embroidery machine, laser print machine, to meet the customized needs of different customers.
Automatic Sewing
The sewing and assembly of all accessories are completed by the computer sewing machine, like buckles, clasp, adjuster etc. We will set the sewing track according to the size of the product in advance and then the machine can operate automatically. In order to ensure the unity of the product sewing, some auxiliary fixtures made by us can help to locate the sewing position. In this way, the beauty and firmness of the sewing of the entire product are guaranteed in this production process.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is a popular method for creating custom designs on apparel, especially for dog collar and harness. The colors are bright, vibrant, and long-lasting. The dye molecules actually bond with the fibers of the fabric, rather than sitting on top, it means the colors won’t fade or wash out easily.
Sublimation prints are highly durable, and won’t crack or peel over time. Sublimated fabrics retain their softness and breathability, making our’s pet comfortable to wear even in hot weather.
